Dr Jordan is the best cardiologist you could ever hope for. Since my first ever consultation Dr Jordan has been nothing but patient, reassuring and compassionate. He has listened to every concern I’ve had, taken on board every symptom, answered every question and genuinely cares about you not only as a patient but as a human being. He includes you in every decision, making your options clear and is thorough with all the information you need. He is efficient in every consultation and communicates clearly the entire time, putting you at ease whilst doing so.Being a complex case he will always be the only consultant I will ever have full confidence and trust with. He goes above and beyond every single time and you know you are in the best hands possible. Consultants like Dr Jordan are extremely rare and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who finds themselves needing a cardiologist.His PA Lisa is also so lovely and helpful every time I’ve needed her!
My wife was having problems which meant she could not drive but driving is critical to her work. Therefore we obviously needed this resolved quickly. We were able to see Dr Jordan very quickly and he fully took on board our concerns. Tests were arranged within a few days with a prompt follow up afterwards. Further tests were then arranged and reviewed leading to a diagnosis. Each step happened within a few days of the previous one so we had no delays. Dr Jordan has also created a letter for my wife’s employer and completed forms for the DVLA.Dr Jordan was calm and friendly at all times. It felt like we were working together for a solution. We would have no hesitation using Dr Jordan again if we ever need to.We would also mention that his secretary Lisa has been very helpful and friendly too, arranging appointments promptly and sorting out communication.
I have just had my third visit to see Dr Jordan. He has been excellent from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. His secretary Lisa went above and beyond arranging an appointment incredibly quickly when I explained my health concerns.Dr Jordan listened carefully about my symptoms and arranged all tests very quickly and explained my results clearly to me and my options. I found Dr Jordan to be very friendly and approachable. He gave me time to talk about my symptoms and listened carefully. He then explained the possible causes and the tests that were necessary to decide upon the correct course of treatment. The tests and the follow-up treatment were all organised amazingly quickly. From my first consultation I had absolute confidence that he would be able to resolve my health issues - as indeed he did. He was very happy to answer all my questions (even my stupid ones). Any charges were explained and were fully transparent. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jordan.
