Could I please ask you to tell Dr Jordan on my behalf that it was a pleasure to have seen him today. I was mega impressed with his explanation of my condition, and thank him also for organising future treatment. The NHS should be proud to have him on board. I’ve seen a few doctors in my 75 years and felt completely relaxed throughout in both the consultation, diagnosis and the future. We could do with a lot more Dr Jordans in this country.

I recommend Dr Jordan unreservedly. Over the past year I have had to ask advice of six consultants with different specialisms and Dr Jordan is the only one I have developed complete confidence in. He is very professional while respecting you as an individual. He is patient; he listens, is reassuring and empathic; offers you choices; sends a letter promptly detailing your consultation, test results and decisions made; responds quickly to queries and certainly goes the extra mile to be supportive. All this during an horrendously difficult year for all hospital staff. I would add I have also found Dr Jordan’s efficient PA wonderful.

Dr Jordan managed to fit me in very quickly and put me at ease straight away (I was very anxious). I couldn’t rate him high enough, he was friendly, he took his time and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended!

Dr Jordan was very friendly, explained everything really well and put me at ease straight away (I’m only 22 so was very nervous). He managed to fit me in last minute and got back to me with my results the same day so I wasn’t left worrying. The whole process was over with in less than a week. 🙂
